Experience in flash including flv video and ActionScript * Experience creating HTML emails and an awareness of cross-platform issues. * Experience of e-commerce would be beneficial, as would some artistic flair and familiarity with Java and Java frameworks * Blogs, Portal design trends * CSS / xHTML Coding (Table-less coding) * QuarkXpress, Pagemaker, Corel, Adobe Dreamweaver, Flash, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator WEB PROGRAMMERS/DEVELOPERS * Development of Web sites, Web applications, e-commerce solutions, portal development * Software Development using Microsoft Technologies * Implementation of web based applications in a dynamic environment * Database design, implementation & database tuning for Microsoft SQL Server * Knowledge in VBScript, JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, Ajax, XML, XSLT and Ms SQL Server as backend is a plus * Knowledge of PHP/MySQL
